Great services specially after pandemic. There are few hotels brand that make services little to compensate costs. This is not one of them, you get your room cleaned every single day.
Undoubtedly one of the best business class hotels in Cd del Carmen, It all starts with an amazing breakfast, next a great pool & clean halls, the beds and bathrooms are really comfortable and the room service is very professional. I always take this hotel.
Good hotel to stay while visiting Ciudad Del Carmen, very close to airport and the town with tons of restaurant options nearby.
It's a good hotel, I've stayed here many times in the past. Not many options on the room TV and image quality isn't that good. AC is noisy and requires a revamp. Gym and swimming pool are very good. Elevator requires some maintenance. Restaurant is good, for some reason, they don't offer knives on breakfast. I had a fork and a spoon, when I asked them to give me a knife they said "no knife". This makes no sense.
